Kinderlings Kids Radio is family-friendly kids radio for children and their grown-ups and I was delighted to be invited on their show with Shevonne Hunt to discuss what to eat and drink to make you feel great this Summer.

The Foods I recommend to make you feel good in summer include:
- Green juice – apple, spinach, cucumber, celery, ginger
- Smoothie – nut butter, coconut milk, chia seeds
- Salad – spinach, roast pumpkin, fetta, chicken, chickpeas, parsley
And the pantry and fridge staples you must have in your home are:
- Nut butters – quick protein hit
- Chia seeds – pudding, smoothies, on top of toast
- Natural yoghurt – snack, with fruit
- Nuts – natural almonds, Brazil, walnuts
- Canned organic beans – cheap and a quick filler, salads, bolognaise, shepherds pie, lasagna
- Frozen berries – with yoghurt, smoothie, after dinner
- Lemon juice frozen into ice cubes – pop and enjoy
- Organic eggs – quick frittata (fetta, spin, cherry toms) or boiled ready to go
- Home made icypoles – yoghurt blended with mango
